Our professional recruitment fee is charged as a one-off percentage per employee and covers the following services:Â

• Background and reference checks (previous employers)
• Employee replacement within the agreed guarantee period

4. Documentation (≈ 1 week) Employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
5. Dispatch (≈ 3–4 days) Successful candidates are deployed to the client.
